Opis
Edam are ripened rennet cheeses with a fat content of 45% in dry matter, produced on the basis of standardized cow’s milk.
It is characterized by a perfect, delicate taste, enriched with a nutty note. It has a flexible, light yellow flesh. It has expressive, oval eyes the size of ripe cherries.
