Fat-filled milk powder (FFMP) is milk powder that has been supplemented with vegetable fat.

It consists of skimmed milk powder and vegetable fat, which is incorporated to give the full flavor and texture of whole milk.

FFMP is often used as an ingredient in various dairy products such as cheeses, yogurts, desserts, cakes and dairy drinks.

It can also be used as a substitute for whole milk in diet products such as protein bars, sports drinks and products for people with lactose intolerance.
