Whole milk powder is a natural product, obtained by almost complete evaporation of water from fresh milk using the spray method.

Powdered milk can be used directly for consumption, and to a large extent as a semi-finished product for further processing in the food industry (as an addition to the production of buttermilk, yoghurt, kefir, ice cream, chocolate and other confectionery and bakery products).

Its high fat content gives smoothness and flavor to products.
