Opis

UHT Milk  (Ultra High Temperature) is milk that is subjected to an ultra-high temperature process. This process consists in heating the milk to a temperature of about 135-150 degrees Celsius for a short time (from a few to several seconds) in order to kill all bacteria, viruses and microorganisms in the milk.

Thanks to the UHT process, milk can be stored for a long time without the need for preservatives, while maintaining its nutritional properties.

UHT milk is available in various fat levels, such as skimmed milk, from 0.5% to 3.5%

It is a popular product in Europe, Asia, and some South American countries, and is often used in the production of dairy products, coffee, tea, cakes, etc.
